Salary: £26,364 - £35,656 per annum net. Net means take home pay. In addition to your net pay, Oxfam will pay all statutory tax and social security liabilities relating to your Oxfam employment.

This is an opportunity to support Oxfam in a variety of contexts including first phase emergency response, support for scale up of country programmes to meet the needs of evolving slow onset crises, support for design of long-term programmes to build the resilience of the chronically vulnerable such as safety nets and influencing and lobbying governments on social protection programming.  The role may also comprise capacity building of national teams, support to new or ongoing consortia, conducting quick and ad hoc assessments, supporting proposal development and programme evaluation. 

 

We are looking for an experienced candidate with the ability to deploy at short notice to areas affected by crisis. With experience in design and implementation of EFSVL  programmes including good experience of market based as well as in-kind programme design (including use of nutval and ability to define food baskets) and /or livelihood programmes.

 

Proficiency in both French and English are required for this position.
