Oxfam GB Philippines is looking for Programme Managers for the recovery phases of the Typhoon Haiyan Response Programmes in Northern Cebu, Leyte and Eastern Samar, Philippines
Duration: 12 months
Grade and Salary: National + C1 - £ 25,596 – 34,617 net per annum
Status: unaccompanied

The Programme Manager will have to ensure that the operational plans, strategies, and budgets for the programme in the designated area are consistent with humanitarian standards, government regulations, and Oxfam’s expectations for timeliness, scale and quality. He/she will have to provide strong and effective leadership for the implementation of the programme activities, and ensure collaborative working across sectoral programme activities and robust business support.
We are looking for candidates with significant experience and proven record of humanitarian programme management in emergencies, including managing finances, staff and funding of the programme (programme design and management). Candidates should have strong diplomacy, tact and negotiation skills, and high-level interpersonal and communications skills, including sensitivity to cultural differences.
