Maria Alejandra Hoschoian

Legal Manager, Latin America


Alejandra is part of the TrustLaw legal team, managing the relations of TrustLaw members and facilitating their engagement with the service. She handles the pro bono legal projects from TrustLaw’s community of NGOs and social enterprises, frames and defines the projects, and then connects them with lawyers. She also assists with the publication and distribution of the research carried out as part of cross-border research programmes.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Alejandra worked in private practice at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, a leading law firm in Argentina. She gained experience in the non-profit sector by volunteering in different non-profits in Argentina and worked for a non-profit in California, United States. She holds a degree in Non-Profit Management from the University of San Andres and a Degree in Law and Honor Diploma from the University of Buenos Aires.

Alejandra represented the University of Buenos Aires at the International Competition on International Humanitarian Law, Jean Pictet, 2005 English Edition, held in France.
