Kim joined the Thomson Reuters Foundation in 2017, with over 15 years of international development experience of identifying, securing, and managing funds to address a range of health, welfare, and human rights issues. He has a Master of Business Administration degree, and other post-graduate management qualifications that directly support non-profit organisations' business development. As well as identifying, tracking, and responding to relevant commercial tenders from national and intergovernmental organisations, Kim is also responsible for identifying and exploiting grant opportunities from intergovernmental organisations (such as the UNDP and UNESCO), governmental organisations (such as the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office), and non-profit grant making organisations; in the UK and elsewhere.
