Monique Villa, CEO of the Thomson Reuters Foundation, has the pleasure of inviting you to a film screening and conversation on access to justice for refugees.

We will be screening a 35-minute cut of the internationally renowned artist Ai Weiwei’s acclaimed documentary, Human Flow.

After the film, we will hear from leading refugee rights organisations and pioneering lawyers about the powerful role pro bono lawyers are playing defending, protecting and empowering refugees and what more lawyers can do. NGO’s will learn more about the types of pro bono support available via TrustLaw and other services and lawyers will be inspired to join the movement.

For a glimpse of some of the innovative pro bono work recently facilitated by TrustLaw to support refugee rights, watch our work with Micro Rainbow International on the first safe house for LGBTI refugees in the UK or our work with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) on the European refugee crisis.
