Here’s where you come in:

As Senior Manager for Strategy & Risk Management for World Vision Uganda, you will provide effective development and management of World Vision Uganda’s strategy and business planning processes in order to enable the organisation to align with global expectations, track its progress, capture learning and improve its performance towards achieving child well-being. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing and operating an Enterprise Risk Management system that protects organizational integrity.

Requirements include:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in development-related field or management studies.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the strategy and risk field is preferred.
  • Project Management including design, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Leadership of organisational change in cross cultural settings.
  • Track record of engagement with an executive leadership team.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Based in the National Office in Kampala. Travel will be required to field offices a few times a year. One or two short international trips each year.
