Starting salary for this position is £31,776 per annum (plus contributory pension)

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work in our HQ in Manchester city centre. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for providing high quality, efficient and confidential business support to MAG’s Leadership Team, comprising of seven directors.

This is an exciting and dynamic role, with a workload that will be challenging and varied. You could be doing anything from assisting with the implementation of the business plan, to project management, or providing advice and guidance on key tactical issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting Leadership Team meetings and providing a wide range of executive assistance, including diary and Outlook management, coordinating complex overseas travel, and covering for colleagues within the Management Support Team as and when required.

You will have Executive Assistant experience at director or senior management level and excellent communication skills. You will be pro-active and approachable with an enthusiastic attitude. You will have the ability to quickly build rapport and good working relationships with colleagues at all levels. With excellent project management skills, you will be creative, solution-focused, professional and committed to MAG's goals. In addition, you will have strong IT skills, with the ability to competently use Microsoft Office packages. Finally, you will be able to represent MAG to internal and external colleagues and possess the tenacity and flexibility required to support a busy team.
