The Role

 

As an expenditure assistant, you will be one of the key person’s that processes payments to fund our Retail Activities, partners and make payments to suppliers in the UK. In addition, you will be responsible for completing Bank & account reconciliations, cashbook journals and other recharges.

Whilst financial experience is not essential, what is important to us is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Good planning and organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Tenacity to ensure resolution of issues
  • Able to demonstrate initiative, e.g. through identifying process improvement, and showing flexibility
