We use digital communication more frequently every day. Personal data, sensitive information and private correspondence: everything is digital. But what about our right to digital privacy? Due to the new Intelligence and Security Services Act, the General Intelligence and Security Service of the Netherlands (AIVD) now has far-reaching powers to collect data.
During this event, we will discuss the implications of the new Act on the work of NGOs.
