Eve Kagema

Programmes Officer

Evelyne Kagema is a Programme Officer, Global, TrustLaw, responsible for organizing and delivering global events such as the TrustLaw Awards. She also coordinates TrustLaw’s communication initiatives and coordinates the global team with the Foundation’s Enabling Functions.

Before joining TrustLaw, she was a Programs Coordinator at Good Kenyan Foundation, a non-profit organization and social enterprise that runs training and mentorship programs for youth from underserved communities. She was responsible for program implementation and carried out various strategic intervention activities. Most notably, she played a key role in scaling the program to rural Kenya and doubling the beneficiaries in early 2023.

She started her early career life as a Mechanical Engineer, and it still informs her design thinking in program management. She is passionate about playing a key role in driving social change and has a particular interest in building systems to foster more inclusive education and livelihood opportunities.
