Role overview
To support the project team in analysing power inequalities, including gender inequalities, between market actors in the rice value chain and advise the project team in making the project's interventions more inclusive.

Skills, qualifications and experience required
Degree in Social Sciences, preferably a masters' degree with a specialization in Gender and Development or other relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in gender and/or equality-related analysis, research and intervention.

Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
