The Impact Analysis team has delivered numerous successful global initiatives, this has fuelled a desire from the business to develop more sophisticated tools to enable us to better analyse its wealth of data.

About the role
Offered initially as 1 year fixed term contact (with a view to extend / b ecome permanent), based out of London and with 1 report the Impact Advisor will play a global leadership role in the area of global reporting, analytics, and metrics.

The role will focus on an interesting and varied portfolio and see a measurable impact from their work

Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading on MSI's innovative policy modelling
* Leading on the development of global reporting tools
* Advising on global metrics definitions, guidelines and policies
* Effectively managing the Impact Analyst, and providing strategic support to the Impact Analysis Team

About you
We are looking for someone with an extensive track record in thought leadership in the areas of data analytics, metrics development, and demographic analysis. We see you as being highly numerate and comfortable working with large / quantitative data sets.

Salary: c.£44,500 - £51,000
