We have an opportunity for a Senior Advisor, Knowledge and Learning to be based in our offices near Trafalgar Square in central London. The role is offered on the basis of a permanent contract.

In this role you will be responsible for promoting, managing and coordinating knowledge and learning activities across the organisation to drive continuous improvement in the quality of the programmes we deliver. As our new global strategy is rolled out you’ll contribute to the development of a global knowledge platform, encouraging country teams to link to it and set the learning agenda. You’ll also play a key role in our global results reporting, with compelling qualitative and quantitative evidence of our impact and support our ‘Signature’ programs.

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience at both the global and field level in monitoring & evaluation and learning mechanisms, within international development and humanitarian programs. You’ll bring demonstrable expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative monitoring, evaluation and research methodologies, as well as a track record in developing and implementing learning agendas and knowledge management techniques.
