The Director of P&D will lead the People & Development function within MSI South Sudan (SS). The role holder will lead the operational human resources support provided to MSI's SS business and international division based from the South Sudan office.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of working with senior business managers, providing customer focused P&D advice and support to address organisational needs, as well as experience of tribunals and employee Relations.
