Role overview
The volunteer will work collaboratively with Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) in Mtwara, Lindi, Morogoro, Dar es Salaam and Pwani) teacher within and selected master craftspeople from 9 district and municipal councils from the 5 regions by providing advice, coaching and where possible support other workshops in electrical and solar power installation and related operations. The volunteer will also participate in developing/reviewing curriculum, developing adapted vocational training manual for the marginalized youth and courses for master craftspeople.

Skills, qualifications and experience required
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Vocational training or QTS certification - Experience of three or more years in teaching methodology from vocational training facility or related institution is highly recommended for this position
- Have at least two years experience in the practical vocational training
