The Associate Programme transforms your career. You learn on the job, doing real work in purpose-driven organisations while at the same time, going through an intensive learning programme. Weekly training sessions introduce you to new ways of thinking, and the community you’re surrounded by is ever-inspiring – and a lot of fun. Here’s how it works:
- Experience: You work in two purpose-driven organisations for six months each, where you'll meet like-minded people and take on challenges.
- Support: Mentors and coaches help you in your placements and with your longer term development goals. You’ll also benefit from our diverse and international community.
- Inspiration: Every Friday afternoon you'll join training, where experts introduce you to new ways of thinking and give you the knowledge you need to fulfill your potential.
For your year of training and development, you’ll get a salary of £22,500. After the programme, 90% of Associates continue to work in purpose-led organisations.
The programme is full-time, based in London and runs for 12 months from October 2017. Applications close on Sunday 4th June 2017.
We're also recruiting fluent French and German speakers for our Associate Programmes in Paris and Berlin.
