In response to the Ebola outbreak across Liberia, Save the Children is seeking to recruit a number of roles as we upscale our response across these countries. in particular we are looking to secure candidates for the role of Director of Program Development and Quality. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the development of high quality, innovative programs that deliver immediate and lasting change for children and monitoring the quality of the implementation of those programs.
We're looking for candidates who possess substantial experience in program development as well as strong leadership skills, and would consider interest from those looking for either short or longer term placements.
Prior to deployment to the field, a period of paid training will be provided which includes relevant organisation inductions, security training and external training on Ebola risk management.
As this is a unique response, we want to ensure our staff are given appropriate downtime so for every 8 weeks worked, we're offering 2 weeks R&R, in addition to a competitive salary package including medical insurance, accommodation and other benefits
