We are looking for a consultant with substantial HR experience and a thorough understanding of role structure and job descriptions, able to carry out job evaluation, role mapping and to set up clear criteria and level between roles. The consultant will also be looking at the complexity of particular roles and create a tool to enable subsequent analysis of role complexity.
Purpose of Consultancy
The expected outcomes of this consultancy are:
- To coordinate and participate to a substantial number of Job Evaluation (around 60 roles)
- To coordinate and establish a clear role mapping roles in 3 departments (around 20 roles)
- To create a tool enabling the assessment of the complexity of roles
- To establish quality standard of the role of manager
- If times allow, to initiate the creation of a career mapping tool
Person specification
We are looking for someone who possess the following:
- Substantial HR experience, including at least 5 years at senior level
- Experience of participating in Job Evaluation
- Understanding of role mapping and career mapping
- Ability to interact and coordinate high level conversations and turn them into concrete and specific tools and actions
- Ability to write user friendly documents
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage project independently
