Marie Stopes International Myanmar (MSIM) are looking for an Operations Director (OD).
The role will be a member of the MSIM Executive Team providing strategic guidance and leadership to the organisation.
The OD management portfolio includes the Centre, Outreach, and Social Marketing service delivery channels, as well as the development of future service delivery channels to serve the mission.
The OD will ensure delivery of planned programmatic outputs and their ongoing improvement, guided by the principals of increasing access to MSIM services, improving efficiency, and increasing cost recovery, while meeting the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a track record in managing large organisations or large teams, ideally with a blend of senior level experience in both the commercial / non profit sectors, tendering and having worked with government agencies.
Closing date: 15th February
The successful candidate will be pro choice.
The role is offered on a local contract.
