Oxfam is urgently scaling up in Sierra Leone and Liberia, aiming to reach up to 4 million people in the two countries. The Ebola infection rate is out of control so it is imperative that immediate action is taken to bring it down. If we are going to meet this challenge, we need a team of skilled humanitarian specialists.
As a result we are looking to recruit experienced Staff Welfare Advisors, as soon as possible for 3 month extendable contracts.
This is an opportunity to work with national and international staff to understand their welfare issues and make recommendations for addressing them.
