Contract length: 12 months


The role
As a Reporting Coordinator member of Award Management Team, the primary function of this role is to facilitate and manage the overall Donor Reporting Process. This includes managing team communication and information sharing related to programs and support services; facilitating team decision-making for proposals and reporting; in collaboration with the Finance/Grants officer, maintaining reporting calendars and tracking all required inputs; and ensuring overall production of a compliant and quality Donor Reports.


Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Significant practical management experience preferably in both emergency and development programmes
  • Demonstrable competence in report writing, including experience of financial planning and budget expenditure monitoring.
  • Strong representational and communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a rapidly changing context
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly into the field
  • Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
