About the role
The Interim Head of HR - UK Business will lead the human resources function for the UK Business and contribute to key HR projects across the partnership. They will operate and be an integral part of the global HR leadership team and UK Business Lead team. They will lead strategic and operational HR activities for the UK Business as well as providing senior HR support to people initiatives and projects globally. They will report to the VP and Director of Human Resources and be part of the People & Development leadership team.
About the function
The Human Resources function supports managers and team members. The overall aim is to facilitate the recruitment, development and evolution of the best possible teams in terms of customer care, quality of service, productivity and programme sustainability, so as to further MSI's mission: Children by Choice not Chance.
About you
You will be a senior HR Business partner, with significant experience of providing customer focused HR advice and support to address organisational needs. Experienced in dealing with complex Employee Relation cases and TUPE. You will have the ability to effectively communicate ideas, proposals, issues and implications at a senior level. You will be commercially and client focussed, achievement driven and a strong supporter of the cause of family planning and a woman's right to safe abortion (pro-choice).
