Here’s where you come in:

As the Regional Senior Auditor, World Vision DRC, you will provide technical supervision, support and coordination of the Region’s Internal Auditors, as well as performing managerial duties in the absence of, or as delegated by the Regional Audit Managers (RAMs). In addition, you will provide an independent objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. This will be done by using a systematic approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and governance processes of the Organization.

 

Requirements include:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in audit.
  • Exposure to various audit management and /or accounting systems Experience in terms of assisting with the development and/or improvement of audit methodologies.
  • Technical professional certification required i.e. CISM, CRISC, CPA Certified - Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CA (Chartered - Accountant).
  • Computer skills (office applications, accounting systems and audit tools)
  • Fluent French and English language skills (Bilingual)
  • Position Location: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)
