setbacks towards an economy based on clean energy, as well as the destabilising effect of the
Ukraine crisis on fuel security.
In a spotlight session on ‘The labour abuses fuelling the green transition’, Fabio
Teixeira -
Just Transition Correspondent at our media platform Context - spoke about his year-long
investigation into the labour violations linked to cultivating ethanol, a biofuel
produced from
sugarcane and other crops, in Brazil.
