As Head of Programmes, Allison is responsible for driving TrustLaw’s strategy and planning, global programme delivery, partnerships, impact assessment, community engagement, technology, efficiency, and innovation.
Allison brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic planning, programme management, impact assessment, partnerships, fundraising and donor care, volunteering and employee engagement, corporate responsibility, leadership development, mentoring and training, governance, and developing technology to enable social impact.
She spent the better part of the last decade as a Programme Director at the Cherie Blair Foundation, where she developed a pioneering cross-border support model for women entrepreneurs and scaled it to reach over 7,500 women and corporate volunteers in 100+ countries worldwide.
She also brings experience working with the Lilongwe Wildlife Trust in Malawi and the International Center for Transitional Justice in New York, as well as a range of non-profits and social enterprises focused on human rights, legal services, social innovation, and development. She holds a BA from Macalester College in International Studies and Political Science and a MSc from the London School of Economics in Human Rights.
