Livia Fry

Programme Officer, North America and the Caribbean


Livia is TrustLaw’s Programme Officer for North America and the Caribbean, working to develop TrustLaw’s relationships with our social enterprise, non-profit, and legal members across the region.

Prior to joining TrustLaw, Livia worked as the Fellowship Manager for Immigrant Justice Corps, where she managed two fellowship programs designed to support and build a network of young immigration justice lawyers and advocates throughout the United States. Livia also spent six years at The Open Society Foundations. As a Program Assistant with the OSF Eurasia Program, Livia supported grantmaking portfolios and a fellowship program serving grantees in the region working on issues ranging from civic engagement to media freedom to gender justice to anti-corruption. As a Program Specialist with the OSF United States Program, she supported grantees and helped manage a fellowship program working on issues of racial justice, immigrant rights, and economic justice.

Livia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from The George Washington University and a Masters of Public Administration from New York University. She has studied in St. Petersburg, Russia and taught English in Kyiv, Ukraine.
