Join us for an in-person discussion on what responsible AI governance looks like in practice.

Drawing on insights from the Thomson Reuters Foundation’s AI Company Data Initiative (AICDI), industry leaders, board members and legal experts will explore how organisations can strengthen AI oversight, accountability and trust in an increasingly AI-driven world.

This panel brings together corporate leaders, board members, legal experts and responsible business practitioners to explore what responsible AI governance looks like in practice. Through the lens of the AICDI’s research and company disclosure insights, the discussion will examine the growing expectations being placed on organisations by regulators, investors, boards, employees and wider stakeholders.

The session will also introduce our new Responsible AI for Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) training programme, developed in partnership with leading experts.

Designed specifically for board members and aspiring NEDs, the programme equips directors with the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to oversee AI adoption responsibly, understand evolving legal and regulatory risks, and strengthen governance frameworks at board level. The discussion will explore why AI literacy and oversight have become critical boardroom responsibilities and how directors can move from awareness to effective governance in an increasingly AI-driven corporate environment.
