En base a nuestra experiencia, TrustLaw ha desarrollado este Chequeo Legal para ayudar a las ONGs y empresas sociales a identificar algunas de sus necesidades legales operacionales. Si bien incluye las preguntas más frecuentes de nuestros miembros, no se trata de una lista completa de cuestiones jurídicas. Las preguntas tienen la intención de destacar asuntos legales que pueden afectar a su organización. Ciertas cuestiones pueden no ser relevantes o importantes para su organización, especialmente si sus operaciones son pequeñas.
