TrustLaw in collaboration with Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers a free Legal Health Check workshop for NGOs and Social Enterprise. This workshop is a part of the annual series of events by TrustLaw and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to promote the practice of Pro Bono in India. 

The workshop gives an opportunity to identify potential risk areas and provides an overview of the wide range of services offered by TrustLaw and how to access this free service for your organization.

Workshop structure

Using a presentation and practical examples HPE will discuss the following legal issues:

·       Commercial Contracts

·       Impact of Codification of Labor Laws on NGOs

·       Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace

·       Intellectual Property Rights

Through this workshop, you will learn how to spot legal issues and assess the legal health of your organization. Lawyers from HPE will help you understand what legal advice your organization might need now or in the future.
